HARMONY RETREAT

Set in a “secret location” in the  Sunny Algarve, which will be shared with you one week before the Retreat takes place.  You will spend 4 days  in Luxury Lodges surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape’s rolling hillsides, lush greenery, vibrant flora, where the stunning countryside views, soothing citrus scents, and melodic birdsong await. No kidding, this is real!!!

Join Elena Menci (the founder of Haven Community) on a 4 days, 3 nights Harmony Retreat in May 10 – 13th in the magical Algarve. Rising with the sun, allowing the sound of birds to wake you up. You will have nothing to worry about, nothing to organize and nothing to chase, for 4 days you will be taken care of. We will start each morning in silence, away from social media, phones, to do lists….waking up with the sun taking in all the energy from nature, simply just being in the moment. Continuing by pranayama (breathing technique), morning yoga practice – your silence will be broken at your first meal of the day.

You will have time to relax (book one of the amazing holistic treatments/massages or facial) or get lost in nature, walking the grounds barefoot, journaling, reading or just simply being. Early evening will start by grounding Yoga Practice or Guided Meditation followed by nutritious dinner. We will sit by the fire connecting, really connecting with open hearts – sharing and enjoying creating memories.
