A restorative experience for nervous system calm and inner stillness
You’re invited into a space of sound and stillness. The Guitar sound journey is an immersive lying-down experience where live acoustic guitar creates a gentle field of sound for rest, reflection and introspection. There’s nothing to do here but arrive, get comfortable, and let sound move through you.
Wear comfortable clothes and come with an open heart. Each person’s experience is different: some rest deeply, some reflect, some simply listen. All are welcome.
